According to its claim, Stonewall Capital is a product of FINDEXA ADVISORY (PTY) LTD, which is licensed and regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) in South Africa under licence number FSP 52500. However, please note that, as an offshore regulator, the FSCA provides relatively lax oversight and limited investor protection. Furthermore, the FSCA does not disclose its licensees' domains, which could pose a risk of identity fraud.

Moreover, it's worth noting that the Financial Services Agency (FSA) of Japan issued a warning about Stonewall Capital in 2020, raising further concerns about its credibility.
