InvestGlo claims to be authorized and regulated by the Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA), a claim denied by the Labuan financial regulator. The Labuan FSA has added the platform to its warning list, saying that it is not regulated by them.

However, the CH only serves as a coporate registry service provider and shell incorporation is meaningless in any jurisdiction.
