XFine claims to operate under XFine Ltd, a company registered with the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC). While such registration confirms the company's legal incorporation as an International Business Company (IBC), it does not equate to regulatory oversight or authorization to conduct financial services. The Saint Lucia IFC has explicitly stated that it does not regulate or license forex brokers or similar financial entities. Moreover, XFine is not authorized or supervised by any reputable financial regulatory authority. The absence of legitimate regulation is a significant warning sign of potential fraud. In such cases, investor funds are entirely unprotected, and there is no recourse in the event of disputes or financial loss.
