Is Net Capital a safe broker for retail traders?
MFowler
Guam
2026-09-15
ANSWER Dear Investor, Net Capital is not a safe platform, and we strongly advise against having any dealings with it. The platform merely claims to be registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG). While we did locate a matching company in the registry of the SVG Financial Services Authority (FSA), this registration only grants International Business Company (IBC) status and does not constitute a valid financial license. Furthermore, the SVG FSA has clearly stated that it does not regulate or license forex brokers. Consequently, Net Capital is not licensed by any recognized financial authority. This severe lack of regulatory oversight is a major red flag indicating potential fraudulent activity. To protect your financial security, we do not recommend engaging in any transactions with this broker.

Which platform does Net Capital actually use, MT4 or MT5?

ANSWER Dear Investor, Net Capital is a highly suspicious platform, and we strongly advise against using its services. While it claims to be registered in St. Vincent & the Grenadines as Net Capital Trading Group LTD, this registration only grants it International Business Company (IBC) status. Crucially, the local Financial Services Authority (FSA) does not license or regulate forex trading activities, meaning this registration constitutes no valid financial license. Furthermore, Net Capital provides no evidence of regulation by any other reputable authority. The absence of genuine oversight implies that client funds are unprotected and that the platform operates without legal accountability. Given these significant risks and the likelihood that the entity is unlicensed, we urge you to avoid all interaction with Net Capital to prevent potential financial loss.
