Can you check if fxpig has a history of withdrawal delays or fund issues?

ANSWER Dear Investor, FXPIG does not display any regulatory information on its website, raising concerns about the legitimacy of its forex trading operations. While it claims to be registered and headquartered in Georgia, to our knowledge, Georgia currently has no regulatory authority overseeing forex trading activities. This means the company operates without regulatory supervision in its jurisdiction, posing significant risks to investors. Although we have not currently identified evidence of outright fraudulent behavior such as withdrawal delays or fund issues, the lack of regulation and oversight indicates a high level of risk. We therefore strongly advise exercising extreme caution and recommend avoiding engagement with this entity.

Is FXPIG regulated or not?

ANSWER FXPIG is an unlicensed broker even though it states offers that look too good to be true.FXPIG claims to be operated by Prime Intermarket Group Asia Pacific Ltd, regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Service Commission (VFSC) with a Principal’s License (No. 14578) for dealing in securities. However, our search for this broker in VFSC registry did not yield any results. That means what it claims over its regulatory status is a false statement to unsuspecting investors.Regarding your question, FXPIG is not a regulated broker. Letting this broker hold and control your funds or trading with them is very risky, as there are no safeguards in place to prevent fraud or theft. Therefore, we would suggest investors stay way from such unlicensed brokers as FXPIG and trade with fully regulated brokers.
