I deposited 7,000 US dollars on October 27, 2023, and then made a few transactions, and then lost more than 500 US dollars. I wanted to withdraw the remaining 6497.1 funds, but then the withdrawal could not be withdrawn. I contacted customer service, and the customer service They said they would notify me by email and ask me to provide various proofs of income, address, and video shooting. I also cooperated unconditionally. I cooperated no less than 5-6 times. It took 2 months, but I still couldn’t withdraw money.
