After trading, I tried to withdraw my money, but they kept rejecting my withdrawal request. Then they emailed me and said I needed to do a face verification. Fine, I did it. But after doing it two or three times already, they’re still telling me to do it again. Seriously, how many times am I supposed to verify my face? I’ve completed the verification every time they asked, but they just keep sending me back to do another one. It feels like they’re just making excuses to delay my withdrawal, and I still can’t get my money out.
