My name is He Xinchao and my account ID is 47051351. 

Since I deposited the funds on January 21st, 2026, I have been waiting for a full five months, almost half a year!!! During this period, I have made two deposits. Currently, there are still $9,394 in my account that cannot be withdrawn. 

To facilitate the review process, I submitted proof of fund sources, identification documents, bank statements, contract files, live video footage, and various supplementary materials. Whatever the platform requested, I provided it; whenever the platform required additional information, I promptly submitted it. Time and again, I believed that the review was almost complete, but all I received was always the same message: "Under review. Please wait patiently." 

More than five months - this is not five days, nor five weeks, it's nearly half a year!!! 

During this period of time, I don't know how many times I have contacted the customer service and asked about the progress. Each time I did so with hope, and each time I received almost exactly the same reply. There was no explanation, no result, no timetable, and they were unwilling to even state where the problem actually lies. 

What angers me the most is not the review process, but this endless delay. I have fully cooperated with all the requirements, but I have never received the expected response; my funds have been stuck for a long time, yet no one is willing to give a clear answer. As a user, what I feel is not the review process, but an endless waste and evasion. 

As of today, June 25, 2026, I still haven't received the review result, and I still can't withdraw the $9,394 in funds that belong to me.
