Everyone, please be aware! CWG Markets is nothing but a dishonest broker! They refuse to honor profitable trades! I traded gold normally with this broker. After making a profit and submitting a withdrawal request, they unexpectedly rejected my withdrawal without any prior warning. Then, without providing any substantive evidence, they forcibly deducted my entire legitimate profit of USD 34,579.43.

July 31, 2024 – Withdrawal Rejected:
I submitted a withdrawal request for USD 24,800 through the client portal, with transaction reference PW2024073118. The platform immediately changed the status to “Rejected” and forcibly cancelled the withdrawal.

September 23, 2024 – Malicious Allegation:
I received an email from the Compliance Department at compliance@cwgmarkets.com, unilaterally alleging that I had engaged in prohibited trading involving cross-platform hedging and arbitrage. They directly prohibited me from trading.

September 23, 2024 – Funds Forcibly Taken:
Without my permission and without providing any substantive evidence, CWG Markets’ system shamelessly executed a forced adjustment of -USD 34,579.43, directly wiping out all the profits in my account.

Why do I say that CWG Markets’ actions are outrageous?

They cannot provide any evidence:
In its official email, CWG Markets told me to log in to MT4 myself and retrieve my trading records to find the alleged violations. As an ordinary investor, all my trading records are transparent and legitimate. I formally replied to CWG Markets and asked: Which specific trade violated the rules? What are the criteria for determining the violation? Unexpectedly, CWG Markets has remained silent to this day and has completely failed to provide any technical basis. They simply make the decision unilaterally!

The rules are vague and intended to seize clients’ funds:
The agreement they provided only contains penalties but does not specify clear standards for determining what constitutes a violation. This is a typical “catch-all” provision, allowing the broker to claim a violation whenever it chooses. It appears that when they see a client making a large profit, they simply want to take it away!

My Demand

CWG Markets must immediately return the USD 34,579.43 that was deducted from my account!
