I am a trader from China, I submitted my first withdrawal request on August 15, 2025, . Afterwards, I couldn't log into my trading account on CA Markets, nor could I access the backend. I repeatedly emailed them to expedite the withdrawal. The withdrawal arrived in my account at 10:42 PM, but CA Markets then started experiencing severe slippage. I requested that they restore normal operation, but they refused. The slippage remains extremely severe to this day. My second deposit was 6900 USD (50356 RMB) at an exchange rate of 7.3. My withdrawal was 10350 USD (72309 RMB) at an exchange rate of 6.986. I am requesting compensation for the losses and a refund of the exchange rate.
