XM Processed My $1,500 Withdrawal but It Never Reached My Bank

المبلغ $1,500

CONTENT My USD 1,500 withdrawal was marked as “Processed” by XM on 5 September 2026, but the funds never reached my Halkbank account. Two later withdrawals totaling USD 3,500 were successfully credited to the same bank account, confirming that my bank and IBAN details are correct. I repeatedly contacted XM Support, Back Office and the Complaints Department and provided every requested document. However, XM has not provided a payment receipt, payment-provider tracking number, reason for the delay or a definite resolution date. I request that XM urgently trace the missing transfer and credit the USD 1,500 to my bank account. Broker website: https://www.xm.com/ Transaction number: 75853666

CONTENT My XM Global account ID was 92136565 Back in February I deposited around $4500 and after successful trading my account balance increased to around $22000 After becoming profitable XM suddenly removed all profits closed my account and only returned my original deposit XM claimed my account was somehow linked to another account that violated their terms but they never provided any actual proof technical evidence IP logs or detailed explanation I only received a generic email with accusations No warning was given before No restriction was placed while I was trading Everything was apparently fine until the account became profitable Even after months XM still has not provided any transparent explanation or evidence regarding these accusations After this experience I completely lost trust in XM Global and I believe traders should be careful because the same thing can happen to them too

XM Blocked My Deposit, Forced Liquidation – $40,000 Loss, Requesting Refund

CONTENT Dear brokersview Team,I am filing a complaint against XM (XMGlobal), which I believe deliberately blocked my deposit to trigger forced liquidation. On April 22, 2025, I attempted to deposit funds with my valid bank card ending in 3926 to avoid margin call. XM’s platform rejected it multiple times. My bank confirmed it was not their issue, and I successfully used the same card to deposit into other brokers the same day.Due to XM’s blockage, my positions were liquidated, resulting in a $40,000 loss. I suspect XM operates as a dealing desk, profiting from client losses rather than providing third-party liquidity. After I submitted a complaint, XM sent a notice to close all my accounts without clear reason, likely to destroy evidence and avoid accountability.I request brokersview to intervene and help recover my $40,000. I can provide all supporting documents upon request.Attachment1, XM limit deposit2, burst orders screenshot3, bank certificate (proof of deposit failure is not a bank problem)4, screenshots of other platforms successfully deposited (the same card)5,Correspondence with XM (including account closure notifications）6,My previously sent letter requesting compensation PDFSincerely, 02 June 2025
