I opened a trading account (886984) with Blueberry Markets and deposited USD 10,000 on May 12, 2025. I traded normally, and by May 23, 2025, my account balance had increased to USD 31,231.22.

I then submitted a withdrawal request for USD 10,000, but it was rejected. Shortly afterward, I was no longer able to log into my trading account or access the client portal, as my account had been blocked.

I sent an email to Blueberry Markets to challenge their decision. My trading was entirely normal, and I did not engage in the low-liquidity arbitrage alleged in their email. In fact, I do not even understand what they mean by "arbitrage."

My trading hours were between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. Beijing Time, during which market liquidity is generally sufficient. By contrast, the period between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Beijing Time, as well as the time from 2:00 a.m. until the market closes, is typically considered the lowest-liquidity period.

Blueberry Markets can review my trading records and verify that I did not place any trades during those low-liquidity periods. Those hours were simply my normal sleeping hours.

Furthermore, I opened my Blueberry Markets account without participating in any bonus or promotional program. All of the funds deposited into my account were my own money, and all of my trading was conducted using my own capital.
