Hi good folks, i have lodged ticket w/ Axi regarding their Live server 16 while i was in middle of gold trades. As soon as i deposited 124K. Mt4 convenient decided to go freeze. I numerous times closed n open it just had no response. It appear to show i am loggede in but no price movement, totally unaccessible to my trades which i wanted to close at XAU/USD 3947. i injected 124K and then things got insane from there . Mt4 froze either 124K trigger compliance issue or what while middle of trades. After hours of consntant trying to revive mt4 close/open it never got back up. I switch to webtrader of their mt4. I realize this will not turn pretty, i decided to screenshot video clip it as evidence as much i could.

Like in video clip once can see market price of gold 3915 while AXI webtrader showing 3900 thats difference of $15!!! that is huge in gold(XAU/USD) consider the lots i have open thats 30K and margin call occured as market went brlow 3880 and i video screenshot

Look i dont wish to blame AXI for deliberate defraud they are big reputable broker its why i joined them after investigation 100 brokers its why deposited 200K USD worth with them. It seems their server had a crash right at gold price 3947.56 @ 16:25 server time. How i know this? i checked my phone which had MT4 application which ALSO froze price level so i quickly screenshot this as well. ( i will attach).

All i am asking AXI is to credit back the amount at this price level 3947 because this is where i had ZERO ability to take ANY actions and i was only made n spectator to view at other plaforms to see what is actual price n when compared webtrader of axi it was so WIDE price difference telling me ok. Their server crashed!! or deliberate froze me, i hope they realize their server issue n credit back from where my access was LOST to do anything.. i just suffered a 204K loss of no fault of my own.
