MT5 account 81007667

I have a trading account with EC markets sc (part of your group), but now they have blocked my client center access, closed my MT5 trading account, and refused my withdrawal (principal $2500 + profit about $5000, total about $7500). (Because I cannot log into my account and still hold a trading position, I don’t know how much money is actually held) 2025/03/11 02:36:09 (UTC+8) I deposited USD 2,500 to EC Markets via USDT. On March 13, 2025, I received an email from EC Markets saying that my account was using swap free (but my trading account is not a swap-free account) and then I was banned to access my account . Now I cannot log into my CRM and MT5 account.
