To date, this entity has not obtained any valid authorization or broker license from a reputable financial authority. WesternFX claims that its parent company, Western Group Inc., is registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. It is critical to understand that this only grants the company International Business Company (IBC) status, and does not constitute a valid financial license. Furthermore, the St. Vincent and the Grenadines FSA has explicitly stated that it does not regulate or license forex brokers, meaning WesternFX operates without any official oversight regarding its trading activities. Compounding these risks, WesternFX has been officially flagged by Spain’s Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) for operating without the necessary authorization to provide investment services in Spain. This warning from a reputable European regulator highlights significant compliance failures and potential dangers to investor funds. Given the complete lack of proper regulatory licensing, the misleading nature of its offshore registration, and the formal regulatory warning issued by the CNMV, we strongly recommend that you avoid any transaction or interaction with this broker to protect your capital.

ANSWER WesternFX is not a licensed or regulated broker even though it states offers that look good to be true. WesternFX claims it is a trading name of Western Group Inc, a company regulated by the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) with company number 21937 IBC. We indeed find a match result to Western Group Inc in SVG FSA. However, please be informed that SVG FSA does not regulate forex activities or issue forex licenses. We keep on reminding traders to be wary of offshore brokers in SVG as they don't provide any funds protection as well as withdrawals guarantee. If you are looking for brokers to deal with, we would recommend brokers regulated by top-tier regulators like FCA, CySEC, ASIC, etc.

WesternFX is registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and does not have any regulatory license. I doubt the legitimacy of this company, so I will not invest here.

I did withdrawal of my deposit after few days of trading twice in a month for same amount. They send automated response it will be processed. Then nothing happens. They are scammers and no one should open account with them.
