ANSWER VOYAGE is operated by Voyage Capital Group Pty Ltd, a company registered with the National Futures Association (NFA) with ID 0554183 and regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) with AFSAR Number 001302130. Although we did find records matching this company in the above-mentioned regulators' registers using the information this broker provides, the NFA records showed that VOYAGE is not an NFA member and thus is not subject to their oversight. This is a red flag. As for the AFSAR number, its full name is Australian Financial Services Authorized Representative. Individuals holding this license means that they are appointed by an AFS licensee to provide financial services on behalf of the licensee, which can be interpreted as an indicator that dealing with this authorized representative involves potential risks as this company is not directly regulated by the ASIC. On top of that, ASIC doesn't provide authentication details and domains of VOYAGE for investors to verify, and there is no guarantee that the recorded entity is the one running the business under the trading name VOYAGE as a result.Regarding your question, VOYAGE is not directly regulated by the ASIC since it is an authorized representative of an ASIC-licensed firm. There are indeed very good brokers! VOYAGE is one of them! I realized this only after I decided to leave my previous broker and opened a trading account with this company. So now I have a different opinion of brokerage services.

I trade USD VOYAGE and I should note that the brokerage company ensures a good condition to trade dollar. In addition to good spreads on USD, it encourages to trade more actively these assets. Besides this, I like that their platform VOYAGE has a separate USD news section.
