ANSWER Vaanex is not overseen by any regulator and should be avoided at all events. We found that this broker's website is not available right now, as most probably it has been suspended, which is always a bad sign. Based on the information we hold, Vaanex is a shady broker that claims to be a member of Vanex Limited, a liability company licensed and regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC). We indeed found an authorised entity named "VANEX LIMITED", but VFSC provides neither authentication details nor domains of registered company for traders to verify. Consequently, it is not a hundred percent sure that the licensed entity is the one that runs the business under the trading name of Vaanex. Probing further into this broker, we deem that Vaanex is a scam firm that falsely uses regulatory information of the licensed entity. We downloaded its MT5 platform and noticed that this broker is owned by a BVI-based company named "Vaanex Group Company Limited" rather than "VANEX LIMITED." So Vaanex may be a clone firm of the VFSC-regulated entity.Moreover, we didn't find any matching results in the registers of the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC). So Vaanex is actually not regulated by any financial regulator. That means investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like Vaanex and trade with licensed brokers.

I want to say a few words about this broker. At first sight everything is ok, but there are a few important thing you should know: response time could reach 8-10 seconds-it's not good. Also support can't help me with verification, and support answer is not fast at all. Now I wish towithdraw all my money back from this broker!!! I dissatisfied by working with this servise in general!

Favorable conditions for trading. I have been trading with them for almost more than six months on the M.PREMIUM trading account, the spreads are narrow and there are many trading tools. The technical support is friendly and they respond to any requests very quickly.

Two months on this platform and it has been an emotional rollercoaster 😀It's my first real account and it is different from trading on a demo.In the first week, I lost around 40% of my account, but from this point of view, it was a valuable lesson. I am at a breakeven level now but learned to control my emotions and use proper trade size.Mtrading seems like a good broker though 👍

This broker is very beginner friendly, I remember when I made my first deposit I was also given an additional $30 bonus as a welcome gift and I have always been grateful for that and the demo account was also very helpful for me. I like this and I tell all my friends about it especially since the customer service team are always prompt in answering inquiries.

I have spent a year trading with this brokerage firm and whenever I answer the question: What is your broker of choice? Very few people have heard of Mtrading.Yes, it is not a very popular brand, but I believe this is one of the most underestimated brokerage companies.Would you recommend it? They usually ask me… well, check for yourself, see their trading terms, explore their reputation and decide.I have nothing to complain about. It is an honest and reliable broker, I am satisfied with the trading conditions and I am happy with how they handle the withdrawals. I have never experienced any delays whenever I place a withdrawal inquiry.

I am here to share my journey with Mtrading. I have been trading with them for half a year and tried out a lot of services. The trading conditions are cool like tight spreads, high leverage, low commissions and swaps. There are also three types of trading accounts available to choose from. The technical support is able to answer my questions clearly but the speed of responses needs to be improved.

The trading conditions align with my needs and I especially like tight variable spreads during flat and volatile markets.Whenever I contact the support team, they always respond to my questions very quickly.
