A major concern is the absence of any verifiable licensing information. While UNFXB claims to be registered in Mauritius, our checks with the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (FSC) revealed no record of its brokerage license. Given that FSC authorization is a fundamental requirement for financial operations in Mauritius, this absence raises serious doubts about its legitimacy. Additionally, UNFXB states it has company addresses in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and St. Lucia. Although a matching company name appears in the registries of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC), these entries only confirm its status as an International Business Company (IBC). It is important to note that IBC registration does not equate to a financial license. Neither the SVG FSA nor the Saint Lucia IFC regulates or authorizes forex trading activities. However, we searched the ASIC register and discovered that the license has been canceled.Additionally, the company claims to be authorized and licensed by the National Futures Association (NFA) with ID 0553715. However, records from the NFA suggest that it is not a member of this authority and thus not subject to their oversight.Furthermore, UNFXB claims to have a company called UNFXB LTD in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines with registered number 26505 BC 2021. While it is true that we did find matching data on the register of the Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA), it is crucial to note that this offshore watchdog has explicitly stated that entities engaging in forex trading and brokerage are not licensed in this jurisdiction.In conclusion, UNFXB is not a safe choice for investment due to its status as an unregulated broker.
