    لا تدّعي شركة Nest Markets حصولها على ترخيص من أي جهة تنظيمية، بل تدّعي فقط تسجيلها في سانت لوسيا. مع أننا نؤكد وجود شركة تحمل الاسم نفسه في سجل مركز سانت لوسيا المالي الدولي، إلا أن هذا التسجيل يمنحها فقط صفة شركة أعمال دولية، ولا يُعدّ ترخيصًا ماليًا ساريًا. يُذكر أن مركز سانت لوسيا المالي الدولي لا يُنظّم ولا يُرخّص أنشطة تداول العملات الأجنبية. 

    إن عدم وجود رقابة يُعد مؤشراً خطيراً على عملية احتيال. لذا، يبدو أن أسواق نيست عملية نصب.
