A half year ago, i saw some posts on quora like "is infinox legit?" or "should i trust infinox" and some commenetd about slow support sometimes. I actually pay attnetion to talks about support. Honestly, the customer support team here is elite. They actually answer when you are in a crisis and try to get things resolved. All in all, they handled all of my questions with real patience, tho I think they got tired of me in the end :D I would definitely say they made experience better, as they lowkey saved my sanity during a particularly spicy market session.
