In my opinion, ICM Capital is very ordinary due to its high spreads, limited account types, no additional services, slow customer service response, etc.

The account opening is so complex, there are some stupid questions after filling in the information. This is too annoying, the company can simplify the process in the future, I suggest. Otherwise, it may lose some potential customers.

My standard account lost 600 dollars after six months trading in ICMT. The slippage was high but withdrawal is a bit slow, which takes 2-3 days. And spreads are low, but interest rates are a bit high. Dont even have the chance to trade with these guys.

ICM Capital's spread is much lower than other brokers and support is excellent. Fast response, good customer service, fast support and good trading conditions. That's why I choose it.

I joined ICM two months ago. I really like their fast customer service, they respond quickly to my requests and inquiries. It is rare today. I also like the free market analysis that are regularly published on their website. So far, I have a nice trading experience.

I would give them half start rating, I've been waiting for my account to be verified for 3days now, as I write this review is the 4th day. When I live chat them they tell me it will be verified in 24hr but it's false. I was willing to trade with them till now

I have been trading with ICM Capital for more than half a year. The problem I currently encounter is that the cost of deposit and withdrawal is too high, the handling fee is about 40 US dollars. The login in the customer area is slow, and sometimes it freezes and cannot be connected. I hope ICM Capital teams will continue to optimize.

I join the negative reviews about ICM.com. Charts are manipulated here, so you just drain the deposit. Hairpins, gaps and requotes are par for the course. Even when you set a stop, it either does not work at all, or it works with wild slippage. ICM.com will not let you make money, I know that for sure!
