ANSWER EagleFX is a non-regulated trading platform even though it states offers that look too good to be true.EagleFX claims to be owned and operated by EagleFX Ltd, based in the Commonwealth of Dominica, a well-known offshore zone that does not regulate forex activities. This broker does not provide further details about its regulatory status. Additionally, it should be noted that the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) has issued a warning that EagleFX is not registered in Ontario to engage in the business of trading in securities. You can check the full warning from here.Regarding your question, EagleFX is an untrustworthy broker. Letting this broker hold or control your funds or trading with this broker is risky. There are no safeguards in place to protect investors' money on this trading platform. We would suggest investors stay away from dihonest brokers like EagleFX and trade with fully regulated brokers.

I don’t recommend this broker. They charge me swap one night $285.9.. in my account it was $402. For one night swap I lost all my money.

DO NOT TRUST! They kick you out of trades when you in profit. when you in big profit they will freeze your trade but you can see your money going down and you do not expect the customer service to help. never reply

I have been trading for almost a year now with eaglefx and do not have any negative on this company :) I like the trading platform they have, fast support, fast withdrawls, fast execution on trades. I really do not understand the bad reviews here, because it is not regulated and licensed??

The broker offers low commissions, as well as fee-free funding, fast withdrawals, and a $10 minimum deposit. It is certainly a good broker for any level of trader, however, there are plenty of regulated brokers out there for those seeking a little more peace of mind.

I would say it's a bit bold labelling this broker as a scam - personally I've used them for around 2 and a half years and always get my withdrawals same day. Regulation means nothing in this game, the likes of Veracity, Pepperstone & JPMarkets were all regulated, and customers never got their money back.

The low rating and scam accusation for not being regulated is lazy. There is a clear niche for brokers to fill that offer trading conditions internationally that some brokers simply can't because of oppressive regulation. Name me a time when regulators helped anyone. I've got the FCA holding my money for 2 years now while they carry out an investigation in whether an investment should be regulated or not. Anyway this broker is a decent low cost broker that offers good trading conditions, prompt and friendly customer service and crucially pays out the same day. I make profit and they've always paid me so no idea what one of these people is claiming. Use at your own risk, but do so with any broker as regulators don't care about retail traders.

Using EagleFX close on 3 years now .Withdrawals are fast same day in fact often landing in a few hours. I get leverage options that are more generous than so called established brokers .They have 24/7 Crypto trading which is a must for me and one of the first brokers to provide this .I can easily recommend them 👌

I have been using EagleFX for years now. They are just a good all round broker, nothing to complaing about with years of trading to report with. Just because a broker is un regulated doesnt mean its a scam, regulation costs a lot fo money for no use to retail traders. Try them for yourself and see
