ANSWER Dear Investor, We do not recommend AAFX Trading as your broker because it does not hold a valid financial licence. AAFX Trading claims to operate under the name AAFX Trading Company LTD, which is regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. While we can confirm that a matching company exists in the SVG FSA registry, this only grants International Business Company (IBC) status. This does not constitute a valid financial licence. The SVG FSA has clearly stated that it does not regulate or licence forex brokers. In essence, AAFX Trading is unlicensed by any recognised financial authority. Claiming to operate under the regulatory framework of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is therefore misleading and fraudulent. This is a major red flag indicating a fraudulent operation. Moreover, AAFX Trading has been listed on the warning lists by Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), indicating that it is offering financial services and accepting funds from investors within these jurisdictions without proper authorization or registration. This also suggests that the platform is highly likely engaged in illegal activities and operates as a fraudulent broker. We therefore strongly advise you to avoid trading with this broker in order to protect your funds.

ANSWER AAFX Trading is not a licensed or regulated broker even though it states offers that look good to be true. AAFX Trading claims to be operated and owned by AAFXTRADING COMPANY LTD, an entity registered with Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) under the registration number 22916 IBC. Nevertheless, SVG FSA does neither issue any licenses for forex trading or brokerage nor regulate or license international companies engaging in such activities.What's more, AAFX Trading has been warned by two authorities for carrying out financial services unlawfully, including the Hong Kong Securities And Futures Commission (HK SFC), the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). You can check full warnings from SFC and CFTC.The truth is, AAFX Trading is not overseen by any regulators. That means your personal data or your funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like AAFX Trading and trade with licensed brokers.

I preferred the VIP account. Since thinking about trading I had some difficulties in choosing a broker. But finally, I found the account offered by this broker. I have been using this broker for a long time. Swap-free and leverage up to 1:2000 is a perfect proposal for me.

I have been using this broker, and my general impression is good. I chose their ECN account. Because I didn't have yet experience in forex. Let's speak about their ECN account type. Why I chose that one? Spread on all majors is 0.6pips. That is why I chose aafx.

While using this platform, I realize my strategies. there are zero comission rates, low spreads, with no hidden costs. But the interface can be better, it requires some improvements. I felt their professionalism!

To write tha CFTC has AAFX in its red list is kinda meaningless. You can add every forex broker by this measurement. Just because CFTC doesn’t allow any brokerage company to work in the US.

I don't know what this list says as I'm not very well versed in all sorts of regulations and such. For all I know, it can be complicated.As for my trading experience, I have not had any problems. Everything works quite stably.

Can't understand why the broker is accused of violating certain rules. It's been supervised by a robust regulatory body and incorporated in several countries.In my opinion, such superficial accusations shouldn't taken too close to the heart, or at least, it's better double check any information coming from various resources. It's a good ability to know how to separate the wheat from the chaff.

I've experienced frequent technical glitches on AAFX's platform, causing delays and frustration during trades.

Their trading condition shocked me. If you choose them, you will have to get started with at least 500 dollars and trade with wide spreads as 2.3 pips. Seriously, it's really hard to make money with such high trading fees.
