Is FXOpulence a scam?

Dear Investor,

Our previous investigation indicated that FXOpulence operates as the trading name of FX OPULENCE PTY LTD, which was listed as a Corporate Authorised Representative(CAR) of MGF CAPITAL PTY LTD and held authorization under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) with AFS representative number 001302798.

However, upon rechecking the ASIC register, we have found that the license previously held by FX OPULENCE PTY LTD has now been revoked. The status has been officially updated to "ceased" since March 13, 2024.

As a result, although FXOpulence was once regulated, its current regulatory status may be no longer valid. Until it can demonstrate full licensing and authorization by a reputable financial regulator, we strongly recommend exercising extreme caution when considering trading with this broker.
