Our review confirms that this entity does appear in the FSC’s public register. However, the Mauritian FSC does not disclose the official websites or domains associated with its licensed firms, making it impossible to independently verify whether the UPFOREX trading platform is genuinely linked to this regulated entity. Additionally, UPFOREX states that its UAE-based operating entity is UPFOREX Financial Consultation LLC, licensed by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA). While a company by that name may be listed in the SCA registry, the SCA also does not publish domain information for its licensees. As a result, we cannot conclusively confirm that the platform you are interacting with corresponds to the SCA-licensed entity.
