ANSWER Dear Investor,
Following our investigation, we have reason to believe that Jupiter Global Markets may be operating as a fraudulent platform.
While the company claims to be a reliable broker, we were unable to find any verifiable information regarding its regulatory licensing. It states that it is registered in Saint Lucia, and we therefore conducted a search through the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry. However, the registration found only grants the company International Business Company (IBC) status — a corporate structure that does not equate to a valid financial services license. It is important to note that the IFC does not regulate or license forex or other financial trading activities.
Additionally, Jupiter Global Markets lists a physical address in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Upon checking the database of the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), we found no evidence of the company being licensed or regulated by this authority either.
Given that proper regulatory oversight is a fundamental requirement for any legitimate brokerage, we strongly advise you to avoid using this platform to safeguard your funds.
