ANSWER Dear Investor, We must advise you that Ishtar FX is not a safe or reliable platform. The broker has not disclosed any regulatory information on its website, merely providing a registered address in Saint Lucia and an entity address in Cyprus. Although we were able to locate the company it claims to be, ISHTAR CAPITAL MARKETS LTD, in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry, this does not mean it holds a license in Saint Lucia. There is no local regulatory authority in Saint Lucia that oversees forex trading, and the IFC only provides International Business Company (IBC) registration services; it does not authorize brokers to conduct forex activities. Furthermore, we found no information regarding this broker in the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) database either. Based on this, we can confirm that Ishtar FX is entirely unregulated and holds no valid licenses. We strongly advise avoiding any dealings with such brokers to protect your financial assets.
