It claims to be registered in Saint Lucia and to maintain a physical presence in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). While we confirm that a matching entity exists in the registry of the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC), this registration only confers International Business Company (IBC) status. Importantly, IBC registration is not a financial services license, and the Saint Lucia IFC does not regulate or authorize forex or CFD trading activities. Furthermore, our checks with the UAE’s primary financial regulators, the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) and the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), revealed no record of APC Prime or any related entity under their supervision.
