I am writing to complain regarding my withdrawal issue.

I placed a withdrawal request on 25/05/2026. On my Quotex account, the status is showing “Your Payout Success”, but I still have not received the money in my bank account.

Earlier, I already contacted your support team, and I was informed that the payment would be credited by 28/05/2026. Today is 28/05/2026, but the amount is still not received in my bank account.

This delay is causing me serious inconvenience. Kindly check this issue urgently and provide:

• Transaction/UTR reference number
• Exact payment status
• Expected credit time

If the payment has failed, then please reprocess the withdrawal immediately.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
