I requested all activity records from Deriv related to my account, including IP addresses, logins, and devices, and I was completely ignored.

Critical Security Alert

1. Deriv does not have layers of protection, such as additional authentication rules, account freezes, or withdrawal limits.
2. Users can have two login methods for the same account. If the account is created using the social login option “Login with Google” and the user later changes the email address, the social login is not removed. No matter how many times the user changes the password, the previous access will always remain active.
