I am a boy from a very poor family. First, four thousand got stuck, and then I deposited 4000 again and 2000. I have lost everything, meaning I have lost ten thousand INR till today. Please arrange to get my stuck four thousand INR back. By which I can recover my loss.

It is suggested that you seek help from the local police. Enforcements are authorized to recover ill-gotten from criminals.
Could you please provide some proofs to support your complaint? including deposit, trading and chat history with this broker. You may add proofs in your complaint.

I submitted this complaint on 26th August with all details. It is still showing "Processing" and there has been no update from your side or from the broker. Transaction UTR: 133406326885 Payment Method: PhonePe UPI Amount: ₹3999.59 Date: 24.08.2025, 01:43pm Status: Payment confirmed by my bank but not credited to my Quotex account. Please escalate this issue urgently to the broker and update me on the status. It has already been 4 days since the transaction.

My payment gateway and bank confirmed the fund is credited successfully to broker’s account. Still broker not adding to my trading account. I have all the proofs like PhonePe screenshots, bank statements, quotex transaction history and my complaint to the support team.

Broker Name: Quotex Issue Type: Deposit deducted but not credited Amount: ₹4000 (₹3999.59 deducted) Transaction ID/UTR: 133406326885 Date & Time of Transaction: 24.08.25, 01:43pm Incident Details: On 24.08.25, I attempted to deposit ₹4000 into my Quotex live trading account through UPI/Bank transfer. Due to a technical issue from Quotex side, instead of ₹4000, an amount of ₹3999.59 was deducted from my bank account. Immediately after the deduction, the transaction status on Quotex showed “Processing”. I waited patiently and also submitted multiple complaints/tickets to Quotex customer support. Even after 48 hours, there was no response from Quotex support team. After the waiting period, the status of this transaction changed from “Processing” to “Failed”. However, even though the transaction is marked as “Failed” on Quotex, the money has already been debited from my bank account and not refunded till now. Current Situation: Amount deducted: ₹3999.59 Status shown in Quotex: Failed Amount not credited to trading account. Amount not refunded to my bank account. No response from customer support despite repeated messages and ticket updates. Request: I kindly request BrokersView to intervene and ensure that my deducted funds are either: 1. Credited to my Quotex trading account, OR 2. Refunded back to my bank account immediately. I am attaching the following proofs for verification: Bank statement showing deduction. Screenshot of Quotex transaction showing Processing → Failed. Copies of complaints submitted to Quotex support (no reply received). Thank you for your support.
