CONTENT Real-name complaint against Assexmarkets for unjustly blocking accounts, refusing withdrawals, and falsely accusing users of automated trading.
My name is Kelvin, trading account number: 361526. I have conducted all trades manually throughout and have never used any automated trading tools such as EA, trading bots, or copy trading.
Previously, I applied for withdrawals from Assexmarkets. My withdrawal requests were repeatedly rejected, and subsequently my account was completely blocked, with the system displaying the message: “Account has been blocked.” The reason provided by Assexmarkets for the account ban was “use of automated programs / trading bots.”
I have submitted complete evidence, including trading screenshots and operation recordings, proving that all orders were executed manually. The accusation made by Assexmarkets is completely baseless and constitutes unjust account freezing and malicious obstruction of investor withdrawals.
Yesterday, another trader also encountered withdrawal disputes involving crude oil trading, and only received proper handling after public attention was raised.
I request that Assexmarkets treat my case with equal fairness:
Immediately review all of my trading records
Lift the account suspension
Expedite approval and processing of all pending withdrawal requests
Provide transparent disclosure of the review progress and handling details
I have fully cooperated with all verification requirements from the platform and have patiently waited throughout the process.
If this unjust account freeze and withdrawal refusal cannot be resolved promptly and properly, I will continue to fully disclose this case across major forex investment communities and simultaneously submit complaints to regulatory authorities to protect my legitimate rights and interests.
