Frustrating Experience with Vault Markets During NFP TradingToday, while trading the Non-Farm Payrolls (NFP) release on Vault Markets, I encountered severe technical issues that resulted in significant losses. Their server froze, causing my trades to fail to execute properly. Open trades that were in profit could not be closed manually and were eventually closed at a loss. Additionally, trades that reached their take-profit (TP) levels did not close at the intended price but were instead closed automatically at a loss.When I attempted to resolve the issue, I faced further frustration. I contacted their support team via WhatsApp, only to be directed to email the helpdesk. I tried calling their provided number (+27 10 449 6045), but the call never went through. The live chat representative was unresponsive as well. After emailing the helpdesk, they requested a screen recording of the incident—something I obviously do not have, as no trader records their screen continuously while trading. The moment has passed, and the damage is already done. I have explained this to them and am currently awaiting their response.This experience has been highly disappointing and has caused unnecessary financial and emotional stress. I hope Vault Markets takes responsibility for their platform’s technical failures and provides a fair resolution.
