ANSWER Navitas Markets is an UNREGULATED firm claiming to be a Forex, indices and commodity broker operated by Salvax Limited, a company registered in Bermuda Montary Authority (BMA) with registration number 53275. However, we didn't find any information about its regulation from the BMA, as well as any other regulatory authority. What's worse, the Spanish regulator CNMV has added Navitas Markets into the unregistered firm alert, warning the public that the firm is not authorised to provide the investment services in the country. You can check full alert or warning from CNMV on Navitas Markets here. We would recommend you to stay away from Navitas Markets and any other unregulated brokerages, since they are not subject to necessary laws and principles of operation, resulting in a high risk to trade with them.

Don't love this platform for trading at all and the withdrawal process sucks, if they provide quick withdrawals, if they thenthis can be the number 1 bad platform in market.

Good platform very simple to use, my only problem is that,after these recent update I no longer see my closedtrades even if I press the closed trade button, it onlyshows when there is an active trades. I like the oldsystem where the active trades and the closed tradesare always visible when you press the trade buttonThank you

This is a suggestion note. Can I have an this brokerplatform that can notify me whenever I get signals withwhichever indicator or oscillator used? Reason isbecause it's so rare to get signals on some preferredindicators due to the type of adjustments and settingsapplied and one will have to stay glued to one's deviceto wait to get a reliable signal all day rather than doingother things. I hope team this broker understands mysuggestion and I'll be so glad to see a positive update infuture.

Their customer service attitude is terrible! It was so difficult to communicate with them. It felt like their customer service was like a robot, with no emotion at all. They can’t understand what I'm going through. It's a headache for me to fail KYC verification all the time. And their customer service is even more of a headache.

There are a lot of bugs on this platform that support does not pay attention to. For example, a gap of 70 points appears on a candle for one hour. And the deal is opened on the first quote, that is, already at a loss. Then the gap disappears, but my loss remains. And there are many such examples.

Deposits from this platform will not be credited. They say they have not received the payment. After providing all the deposit receipts, they have not yet received any refunds. It is a naked scam. Please be careful.
