    ANSWER Dear Investor, We strongly advise against trading with FreshForex, as it lacks a legitimate financial services licence. FreshForex states it operates under Riston Capital Ltd, a company registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG). While such a registration does appear in the SVG FSA’s registry, it only confers International Business Company (IBC) status and does not authorize the provision of financial or forex trading services. Importantly, the SVG FSA has publicly clarified that it does not license or regulate forex brokers. Moreover, FreshForex is not authorised by any reputable or recognized financial regulator worldwide. The absence of proper regulatory oversight represents a serious risk and raises significant concerns about the platform’s legitimacy. For your own protection, we urge you to refrain from trading with FreshForex.
