I registered my CXM account in 2023 and have been trading normally, with my overall account actually at a loss. However, the platform suddenly froze my account without any valid reason and threatened to erase my profits. I strongly disagreed, but after a prolonged standoff, I was forced under pressure to sign a so-called “deduction agreement” on September 23.To this day, the platform has neither honored the agreement nor returned my funds. My account manager has disappeared completely, ignoring all messages, and repeated attempts to contact customer support have been futile. Now, not only have my profits been confiscated, but I am also denied access to withdraw my principal.
