ANSWER Dear Investor, CFD Capitals is clearly a fraudulent broker, and it is strongly recommended that you stay away from this platform. The platform claims to be operated by Capital Com SV Investments LTD and states that it is regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission(CySEC). It even provides a link to what appears to be a CySEC licensing page listing its website. However, upon verifying this through the official CySEC website, we discovered that the provided link is a fabricated page mimicking the CySEC system. The legitimate entity is registered under CySEC exclusively as the platform Capital.com and has never included CFD Capitals in its authorized brands. This is a clear indication that CFD Capitals is a fake broker, likely forging compliance information to deceive investors. Furthermore, CySEC has officially added CFD Capitals to its warning list, stating that the entity is conducting regulated financial activities without a license. This serves as further confirmation that it is a scam. Therefore, we strongly urge investors to avoid any dealings with CFD Capitals to protect their funds.
