ANSWER Dear Investor, We believe that Arbitrage Prime may indeed be a scam broker. While it presents itself as a professional and reliable trading platform, it lacks any basic financial regulatory credentials—raising serious concerns about its legitimacy. The platform claims to be incorporated in Saint Lucia. While we did find a matching company name in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry, this only confirms its status as an International Business Company (IBC), not that it holds a valid financial license. The IFC does not regulate or license forex trading activities. Making a promise could be easy. For a trading platform to be considered trustworthy, it must hold a license from a recognized financial regulatory authority. In the absence of such oversight, we strongly advise you to avoid using this platform.

Despite presenting itself as a professional and reliable trading venue, our investigation indicates that it lacks any legitimate financial regulation, which raises serious concerns regarding its credibility and operational integrity. Upon reviewing the claims made by the broker, we noted that Arbitrage Prime states it is incorporated in Saint Lucia and a matching name appears in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry. Nevertheless, the registry entry merely confirms its status as an International Business Company (IBC). The IFC does not issue valid financial or forex trading licenses. Therefore, this registration does not constitute regulatory oversight or authorization to conduct financial services. Ultimately, without a license from a recognized financial authority, the platform cannot be considered trustworthy, and there is a significant possibility that Arbitrage Prime is a scam broker. We strongly advise you not to engage in any transactions with them, as doing so poses a severe risk to your financial security.

My experience with Arbitrage Prime was extremely disappointing and resulted in a significant financial loss of approximately USD 7,000.After opening an account, I received constant phone calls from different representatives, sometimes multiple times a day, pressuring me to invest more money. I felt that the focus was on getting additional deposits rather than providing genuine support or responsible trading guidance.I also had concerns about the professionalism and transparency of the people managing my account. The promises made did not match my actual experience, and I was left with substantial losses.Based on my personal experience, I strongly advise potential investors to be extremely cautious before depositing any funds. Conduct thorough research, verify all information independently, and fully understand the risks involved before dealing with this platform.Please be careful and do not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. My experience with Arbitrage Prime was negative, and I would not recommend this platform
