Alpari is a scam company. Alpari is a market maker. And by cutting ping, increasing spreads overnight and candlesticks, they are trying to cause losses for the customer.Alpari's technical and support system is very weak and instead of fixing the shortcomings, they are trying to justify and impose losses on the customer.I recommend avoiding Alpari and be careful with your capital.

I contacted your support team. But they don't go into the problem and just make excuses.
Look at the comments of people here and Trustpilot. Alpari Iran team has regular pings at midnight and during US news and sells customer positions! I sent videos, photos and documents to your technical department but they don't accept it. Why? Because you do this intentionally and this is your style of fraud.
I have 12 years of experience in account management and this problem only occurs in Alpari
