We then did find this company's records in St Vincent and the Grenadines Fiancial Services Authority (SVG FSA). However, it should be noted that SVG FSA is not a regulatory body for forex markets.

The truth is, OspreyFX is not overseen by any regulators. That means your personal data or your funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like OspreyFX and trade with licensed brokers.
