for me octa forex best about costs! no swap no comission no extra fee no hidden fee just swaps pay and no problem! but octavision AI is still not very developing still basic advice it gives.

Recently I found this app are not really stable. Like today 9pm I lost all my profit due to server down. I unable to deposit and saw all profits become $0.Log an report still waiting for reply.Customer service reply:Our service is under maintenance right now. They are not ready to pay you. In my experience their service is worst . To withdraw my funds I was to pay more than 1000 USD in spite of all amount paid they didn't transfer the amount through the TRC 20 wallet nor through wire transfer into my bank account instead they sent it through DHL as cash and that agent again charged 450 USD and now he is asking me to pay 600USD. Still I am yet receive my money which I think will not happen. They are big scamster kindly be aware and safe gaurd your money from such people

Saya sudah deposit ke akun saya sejak Senin tanggal 3-6-2024. Namun sampai sekarang belum masuk juga dan tidak ada etiket baik dari pihak octafx untuk menyelesaikan. Hanya mengandalkan jawaban BOT yang selalu sama seolah CS yang melayani. Fuck up!!!!!

EVEN AFTER EXPLAINED, THEY WILL ASKED THE SAME Qs AND CREATE NEW DIFFICULT JUST TO STOP YOU ON WITHDRAWAL.FIRSTLY THEY WILL DENIED IN RECEIVING THE REQUESTED STATEMENT AND AFTER THAT THEY SAID THEY CANT FIND THE TRANSACTIONS ON THE STATEMENTS EVEN WAS OBVIOUSLY THERE, THEN THEY WILL SAID THEY CANT SEE IT.AFTER WITH ALL THE EVIDENCES PROVIDED, THEY WILL COME OUT WITH DIFFERENT DATE OF STATEMENT REQUEST AND IS OBVIOUS THAT WAS EXPLAINED IN MULTIPLE TIMES STATEMENT DATE CUT OFF.
