It is more convenient and faster to find brokers and complain

The Astana Financial Services Authority (AFSA) was launched as the independent regulator of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC). AFSA is a legal entity and statutory body of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and is established in accordance with the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Astana International Financial Centre”.
AFSA is a regulator of both financial and non-financial services activities. It regulates Centre Participants carrying out financial and ancillary services and capital markets activities within the territory of AIFC. AFSA is also the regulator of companies registered by the AFSA that carry out non-financial services activities.
Following confirmation from BrokersView with the official authorities at the Astana Financial Services Authority (AFSA), it has been clarified that, under the current AIFC legal framework, AFSA does not regulate forex trading activities. Consequently, no entities are currently authorized or licensed by AFSA to offer forex trading services within or from the AIFC jurisdiction.

Generally speaking, AFSA-regulated broker profile will be found at the Authorised Firm Search Page on AFSA website. Try to find it and check if it will match the info from the broker website.
The detailed steps are as below:
1. Find the name or license number of the broker, which you can get from the broker's website;
2. Enter the broker name or license number into the search bar on https://publicreg.myafsa.com/authorised/.

Then you can briefly view the company name, license number, license status, issue date, and permitted activities of the broker.

3. For more information about the broker, click on "Registration Details" to view further information.

4. Verify whether the registered company address and email address match the broker's domain name and displayed address. If the domain name differs, it may indicate a risk of information impersonation.

When you have disputes with a AFSA-regulated broker, you can proceed the following ways:
1st way: The recommended way is to contact the broker directly and discuss with them to find a solution.
2nd way: If you're not satisfied with the broker's solution, try contacting AFSA, who help resolve disputes between forex brokers and investors.
The AFSA will only consider complaints submitted in writing. To submit a complaint, investors may complete their online Complaints Form or alternatively by post to the following address: Astana Financial Services Authority (AFSA), Nur-Sultan, 55/17 Mangilik El Avenue, Pavilion C-3.2.
3rd way: If the 2 ways above can't solve the dispute, the last way is to issue a case to the court in Kazakhstan.
