The platform claims to operate under DaniMari OCX LLC, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. While we confirmed this company’s registration with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, it only holds International Business Company (IBC) status. This is not a financial license. Notably, the SVG FSA has publicly stated that it does not regulate or license forex trading activities.

Additionally, Unlimit Capital claims regulation by the MWALI International Services Authority (MISA) in Comoros. However, our investigation reveals that the associated company is listed as "in liquidation" under MISA. This is a serious red flag, as engaging with a firm in liquidation carries a high risk of financial loss. Furthermore, MISA is in nature considered an offshore regulator with very limited international credibility and oversight, which raises serious questions about the strength and reliability of its regulatory framework. 

Given these warning signs, we strongly advise you to avoid this platform and protect yourself from potential fraud.
