ACMarketsFX does not fall under any regulation and should be avoided at all events. ACMarketsFX claims to be a "Licensed EU Investment Firm & Liquidity Provider" which is supervised and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) with CIF Licence number 350/17. Besides, it also states its EEA licenses respectively issued by Italy CONSOB (License No. 4782), Spain CNMV (License No. 10151071), and Germany BaFin (License NO. 10151071).

We verified this broker's qualification with the mentioned license numbers via the above four regulators, and found that all these licenses belong to "AcMarkets (Europe) Ltd." Doing further research, we found that ACMarketsFX may be a clone firm that illegally uses the details of the regulated firm with which it isn't related in any way. The reasons are as follows:

1) As per the detailed information shown on CySEC, the approved domains of the licensed company "AcMarkets (Europe) Ltd" include "www.acprime.eu; www.ausprime.eu; www.lt-markets.com; www.ausforex.eu." That means ACMArketsFX is not a trading name of AcMarkets (Europe) Ltd since the former's domain doesn't appear in the licensed company's list of approved domains.

2) When visiting the official domain of regulated entity-https://ausprime.eu/, a pop-up attention informs visitors that ACMarketsFX, under the domain https://acmarketsfx.com/, is using their license without authorization. The entity also mentions it is not affiliated in any way with ACMarketsFX.

All in all, ACMarketsFX is a clone firm of AcMarkets (Europe) Ltd. The former is not overseen by any financial regulator. That means investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like ACMarketsFX and trade with licensed brokers.
