It's so difficult to keep in touch with CF Merchants customer service. Are they even legit broker?

CF Merchants is NOT a legitimate broker and should be avoided at all events. CF Merchants claims to be registered and regulated in many Jurisdictions, including Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG FSA) and the UK's Companies House (CH). However, both SVG FSA and CH don't issue any licenses for forex trading or brokerage nor do they regulate, monitor, supervise or license international companies engaging in such activities.

Besides, the regulator approving licenses for forex brokers registered in the UK is called Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The truth is, we didn't find any information about its regulation from FCA. Therefore, CF Merchants is thoroughly a scam as it's actually not regulated by any financial authority.

We recommend you to stay away from CF Merchants and any other unregulated brokerages, since they are not subject to necessary laws and principles of operation, resulting in a high risk to trade with them.
