Themax Financial is a scam.

Themax Financial is allegedly registered in the UK. But there are no indications that it has been licensed by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the warning by the UK financial watchdog further confirms its illegitimacy.

In addition, Themax Financial purports to be regulated by the US Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and the National Futures Association (NFA). However, FinCEN's MSB register doesn't include a company called Themax Financial.

While Themax Financial has an NFA ID number in NFA's BASIC, data suggest that it is not an NFA member. According to NFA, non-Members are not subject to their oversight, and the NFA ID numbers are for tracking purposes only.

As such, BrokersView has come to the conclusion that Themax Financial is a scam. It is highly risky to deal with this platform, as there are no rules in place to protect their clients from fraud or theft.
