However, upon checking ASIC’s official register, we found that this license number belongs to a company named STAR FUNDS MANAGEMENT PTY LTD. Furthermore, the domain listed for this licensed entity is www.starfunds.com.au, which has no connection to SKANESTAS’s website. This mismatch strongly suggests that SKANESTAS is misrepresenting or falsely claiming regulatory oversight.

Additionally, SKANESTAS states it is regulated by the National Futures Association (NFA) and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), holding an MSB license. However, after thorough searches in both the NFA and FinCEN databases, we could not find any entity related to SKANESTAS authorized to conduct financial or brokerage activities. Furthermore, an MSB license does not equate to being a regulated broker and only pertains to money transmission services.
