While we did locate an entity named Atallia Capital Limited in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry, it is important to emphasize that this registration merely confers International Business Company (IBC) status, which does not constitute a valid financial services or forex trading license. The Saint Lucia IFC neither regulates nor authorizes brokerage activities.

Furthermore, despite its claimed UAE presence, ATALLIA is not licensed by any relevant UAE regulatory authority, including the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) or the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE). This means the platform is not authorized to operate as a broker in the UAE.

In effect, ATALLIA holds no legitimate trading license in any jurisdiction, raising serious concerns about its operational legitimacy and the safety of client funds.
