Levels is exhibiting significant red flags that strongly suggest it may be a fraudulent brokerage.

Levels does not disclose any regulatory oversight or licensing information, raising serious concerns about its legitimacy. The only detail provided is its registered address in St. Lucia. While we have confirmed that a matching entity, Levels Ltd., is listed in the registry of the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC), it is crucial to understand that this only indicates registration as an International Business Company (IBC). This is not equivalent to holding a valid forex license. Furthermore, the St. Lucia IFC has clearly stated that it does not regulate or license forex brokers. 

Additionally, we found that the company lists a physical presence in Egypt. However, upon checking with the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA), we found no registration or authorization for Levels Ltd. to operate as a financial services provider. Levels operates without any legitimate financial supervision in its jurisdiction.

In summary, Levels Ltd. appears to be unregulated and unlicensed in all jurisdictions it claims to operate in.  We therefore strongly advise you to avoid trading with Levels and protect your funds.
