While we confirm that a matching entity exists in the registry of the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC), this registration only confers International Business Company (IBC) status. Importantly, IBC registration is not a financial services license, and the Saint Lucia IFC does not regulate or authorize forex or CFD trading activities.

Furthermore, our checks with the UAE’s primary financial regulators, the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) and the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), revealed no record of APC Prime or any related entity under their supervision.

In fact, APC Prime is unlicensed by any credible regulatory authority in its claimed jurisdictions. This complete lack of oversight presents a significant risk to your funds. We therefore strongly advise against trading with APC Prime to safeguard your investments.
